PGE green sports ground material is a kind of pure environmental
protection material with excellent properties of plastic and
rubber, soft and moderate, and easy to process, which is a pure
environmental protection material with nano grade (PU) and other
raw materials through blending modification and high-temperature
dynamic vulcanization (without adding any vulcanizing agent). It is
a kind of elastomer (commonly known as nibble elastomer) which can
contact with food by FDA.

Advantages
1. Environmental protection and non toxicity: PGE material is
thermoplastic polyester elastomer, without any vulcanization
reagent. It has passed the FDA certification and met the material
requirements for direct contact with food.
2. Economy and practicability: wide range of application
temperature, - 50 ℃ - 80 ℃; excellent weather resistance, ozone and
ultraviolet protection; bright colors and various combinations;
good wear resistance. The strength and elongation change little
after 500h aging test, which is far higher than the standard value.
The service life of the runway made of this material is greatly
prolonged for at least 10 years.
3. Safety protection. The physical performance of PGE material
runway shows that it has excellent performance. The simulation test
of the mobile robot shows that its shock absorption and vertical
deformation are stable, which are in the middle of the optimal
control range! It is especially suitable for large, middle, primary
schools and kindergartens.
4. Environmental friendliness: the material has no peculiar smell,
and the data of harmful substances are mostly undetected or far
less than the standard value, which will not be harmed and polluted
to the participants and the surrounding environment. If necessary,
special treatment can be adopted to continuously release negative
oxygen ions from the runway and improve the local air environment
of the site.
5. 100% recovery: the biggest feature of this material is
environmental protection. It can be recycled 5-6 times without
obvious performance degradation, which meets the international
environmental protection requirements. Recycling after 10 years of
use is the biggest contribution to environmental friendliness,
which solves the problem that solid waste cannot be treated after
the runway of various materials is scrapped.
