Product Description

Colored EPDM granules are made from a compound of Virgin EPDM rubber, specialist pigment and UV stabilizers. Blocks of the rubber compound are produced under carefully controlled factory conditions which are then granulated to small, unified crumbs of a definite size (fractional composition) at high speed. Dust is removed at every stage to ensure the finished granules are as clean as possible. Throughout the process, thorough testing ensures that the chemical and physical properties are of consistently high quality.

Maintenance knowledge

1. After the plastic runway is laid, it needs to be maintained for 7-10 days before it can be used.

2. Under the condition of certain drainage facilities, the plastic track is suitable for all-weather use. The plastic track is not suitable for other purposes for athletes' training, competition, sports and fitness;

3. The rubber track should avoid the pollution of harmful substances and violent mechanical impact and friction. Vehicles are not allowed to drive on the runway, and heavy objects and sharp objects are not allowed to pile up. Athletes should wear special sports shoes or sneakers. Jumping shoes should not exceed 12mm. If the sneakers have long nails, the nail length of sneakers should not exceed 9mm.

4. Special attention should be paid to the protection of the edge of the plastic runway, do not arbitrarily lift. If any damage or blistering is found, the construction unit should be informed to repair in time to avoid more serious damage.

5. Keep the plastic track clean and spray it frequently. After washing, a small amount of residual water can be wiped off with dry cloth. If the plastic runway is stained with oil, you can use 10% ammonia water or detergent, washing powder, etc.
